In the event where you are not satisfied with the product purchased from our webshop, you may return the Goods within maximum 2 working days in order to qualify for a full refund of your purchase price less our shipping cost. Goods returned must be unused, in perfect condition, never assembled and in original packaging; any modification to the original packaging will be considered and deemed as “non-original packaging”. Not adhering to any of the above requirements, will disqualify your eligibility for a refund.
In the event of s971.com applying shipping charges, those charges are non-refundable.
Once products are received and subject to the terms of this Agreement, a refund will be issued within 5 Business Days.
Credit may be returned to you only in the following ways:
- In the form of a coupon with the full amount to be used on s971.com
- In the form of a refund against the credit card used to fulfill the transaction
The shipment cost directly associated with returned items are the sole responsibility of the Customer, until the products are received to Studio 971 Home Furniture Trading LLC facilities and qualified for a full refund after inspection, they remain the property of the Customer.
Damaged and/or Faulty Products
Our Customers are required to open and inspect the products once delivered by our courier, in the event of any damaged or faulty products, an email should be immediately sent to email@example.com mentioning the details of the complaint along with the order number. Once agreed by the customer care representative of Studio 971 Home Furniture Trading LLC, a replacement will be sent Free of charge and the damaged and/or faulty products will be picked up, in the unlikely event of the replacement product being out of stock, the client will be notified and a voucher will be sent by email to the registered email address.
Prior to the agreement of the customer care representative of Studio 971 Home Furniture Trading LLC, the damaged and/or faulty products will not be deemed for an eligible refund. Return of damaged and/or faulty products remains subject to our return policy mentioned above.
Cancelling your order
Once an order is confirmed and payment is processed, no cancellation will be possible, our return policy will be in effect. We urge our clients to ensure willingness to purchase prior to confirming an order upon checkout.
Promotions and Special offers
Studio 971 Home Furniture Trading LLC will run specific campaigns from time to time including but not limited to discounts and special offers, purchased completed benefiting from these offers will not be eligible for returns unless “Damaged and Faulty Products” are received, in this event, our standard return policy conditions will apply.
